so a Korean cosmetics / skin care fan and budget conscious that I am, I chose the cheaper alternative which is Etude's.
Here's a pic of my eye after a full day wearing the Maybelline 24hour waterproof gel liner:
with a clean cotton square or circle pad which ever you prefer:
pour liberally after shaking to combine the oily to the non oily liquid parts. gently press on your eye for about 10 to 15 seconds [even to the toughest waterproof black eye makeup] and viola:
and to show its power:
the line on top is the Maybelline gel liner while the smudge below is my waterproof mascara.
The Etude House Lip and Eye [Makeup] Remover does not sting my eyes, if anything it's kinda cooling to my eye when some of the liquid gets in my eyes. It doesn't make my eyes red and it doesn't irritate the skin around my eyes or it doesn't give white bumps around my eye called milla.
And now for the lips:
For this blog entry I used
Revlon Colorstay Ultimate Liquid Lipstick
The Etude House Lip [stick] makeup remover, doesn't have any medicine taste, it doesn't taste like anything actually. so it's not minty or anything. it doesn't smell like much either. so i don't get an after taste and i don't smell it on my lips after i've used it.
The girls at the SM Mega Mall Branch have gotten to know that this is my 'usual' and i've already gone through several bottles of this throughout the months since that branch opened.
Though they have a new variant, called the mascara remover (which has the same price), this variant is how I got to know the Etude House and how they provide the same quality products with even better packaging as the usual drugstore brands.
The Etude House Lip and Eye [Makeup] Remover is PhP198.oo and has 100ml of product per bottle. It is available at your nearest Etude Branch unless out of stock, which you can reserve for and they will text you once the item you reserved for has arrived.
That's all for now. hope this helps.
