Finally KPOP and Beauty has collided in the Philippines~The Face Shop meets the Second KPOP Convention
so i make it at the second philippine kpop convention no matter how far it is, no matter how my body felt at the time, and regardless of how we didn't really know how to get back to civilization after the event. i knew i'd regret not going so off i went.
as some of my readers observed, i've gone back to beauty blogging and merely have concentrated on the first few kpop loves, namely RAIN, SS501, Big Bang, and a little of TVXQ. so as a beauty blogger i would be remiss in my duty if i hadn't gone to an event that The Face Shop is attending at a convention where a great deal of my friends are and where my fandom is.
and here's the man i've followed since the release of ss501's solo collection and where/when i saw him without the ridiculous orange hair in boys over flowers.
and there was a free make over and hair styling going on. but alas, i had a class in the morning and didn't think far ahead enough to have my friends sign me up in the morning so it'd be my turn when i had arrived
oh ha, bonga mo, ning! ~_^
and the photo ops
my classmates in korean class, yep kina-reer ko ang korean and i'm actually doing my best to learn the language.
and you get a free print of your photo courtesy of the face shop ~_^
awww the triple s having a blast with the standees:
and my turn with my ss501 boys:
the japanese and the koreans always use their idols to endorse their cosmetics. the fangirl market is always a good market to tap and it certainly keeps our idols busy in between albums and in between their tv series/dramas.
lee min ho for the etude house.
matsomoto jun of arashi for fasio, my one jpop baby.
and even RAIN
one day imma gonna try nature republic.
even this guy, yeah that's right it's storm shadow lee byung hun (lmao) endorsing missha. as much as i love lbh...make up endorser? bwahaha. but i love missha so whatever.
oh ha sila na. too bad, fasio is something hard for me to find, the sm sales girls said they pulled out fasio already, hay.
it's a good marriage if you ask me. one of my friends noted, it's a good ploy to use good looking guys to endorse makeup she said it's like saying...use this makeup so someone like me will go out with you. omo, what a revelation. bwahaha
and lastly the face shop contributed goodie bags to the convention that Weng and I helped Julie sort out a bit. thank you TheFaceShop. you brought a different side to the kpop con.
