Before my Korean fever, my mascaras were usually max factor and before that mascara from the body shop. then i saw boys over flowers and there was JanDi and with her is the brand called beauty credit. it was my first korean mascara.
its wand is pretty basic, but the tip is slightly more pointed than the usual wand.
this mascara lasted my almost 9 months. yes i break that rule. the rule that you should only use mascaras for 6months. it had a thin formula nearly up to the very end. albeit the formula is thin, it didn't weigh my lashes down, it still kept my curl. if i want a more natural look i would not put my shiseido mascara base. if i want thicker full lashes then i'd apply the shiseido mascara base. i love the fact that it was really really black.
- thin formula that didn't clump my lashes and allowed me 2nd or 3rd coats without drying too quickly
- didn't flake
- didn't smear
- easy to remove
- didn't smell funky / no weird funky chemical smell
- not waterproof
- the price, (it' PhP500++) the price is competitive to max factor's mascaras. so i just think more people would get interested in this lesser known brands if they were either less expensive or have gimiks like freebies. but in fairness to the sales attendant at the podium branch of beauty credit (inside watsons) she did give me sample sizes of a moisturizer ;-)
Would i repurchase. sure
would i recommend: only if it is within your budget
