Some of you who read my blog and follow me on sns may remember that I attended the opening of Too Cool for School at this big mall next to Trinoma.  While there I had the opportunity to take advantage of a 20% discount on all items purchased during the event.
As I'm a sucker for cute packaging as seen below,

and I'm a huge sucker for blush, and i just had to have one of these babies!
and it's baked terracotta - so parang paso ni ermats sa bahay? :P

I asked which of their blushes was the TOP seller and the proprietress said that it's this one right here, this lavender shade one!

and bagfullofnotions 's chanel's ultra rose powder as shown below on her collage of pics of her chanel blush:
the proprietress said that since their version of the lavender blush is way cheaper than chanel's then of course it would sell like hot cakes!

I'd buy it for the packaging alone hahaha even without being primed about the chanel kyeme blush to die for kyeme kyeme
i mean look at it!
the puff is so cute!
and it has a mirror.
what an extra ordinary shade
is it a blush? is it a highlighter?
it's both!
I'm in love with this blush! i think i'll get another 2 or 3 soon as I land in Seoul next November! but they do have other shades, i may go for those, too!
  • the shade, first time for me to try something lavender and it worked out pretty great don't you think? hindi ako mukhang payaso? LOL
  • satin finish so i don't end up looking like a disco ball, instead i have a nice iridescent glow, naks, ang lalim lang, bale i just mean hindi sya glittery pero may konting shimmer pag na-aninagan ng ilaw may konting glow ;-)
  • didn't make my pores look obvious, some powders can make my pores look even bigger this one does not
  • doesn't look powdery on me
  • does NOT oxidize on me, like i said in my previous blush love post, it's a deal breaker for me when a blush or face product oxidizes on me
  • long wearing, doesn't slide off just because my oilies have come out on my cheeks
  • does not break me out
  • cute packaging and clever way of storing the puff from beneath the container and it even has a small mirror!
  • cute puff! i think i can launder that.
  •  no weird scent
  • it's quite creamy to apply either with a blush brush or by using the puff
  • it's only less than php700 for something almost Japanese-y in quality (yung creamy to apply kahit powder naman sya - oh well, baked terracotta nga daw di ba?)
  • none - the price is reasonable at less than 700, for all the good points raised above, i'd pay this amount for such a good product!
RECOMENDATION - this is good for all skin types and color! but don't take my word for it, check it out at the store and see how wonderfully different it is.
