REVIEW: CLIO EYE GUARD WATERPROOF LINER

DISCLAIMER:  I purchased this my own money.  I frankly do not remember how much i bought this for because Clio in Seoul was on a store wide discount become a member sale last November [2013].  But this available online for US$18 t- US$23.
Here's what I've researched on the product.
From Peach and Lily

No, the little black 'button' does not push the product out.
Product information.
How to handle the packaging.
And pretty useless instructions.
Very little information at the back of the package / container.
My pictures.
It truly has a pointed tip! A felt tip kind of pen.
And just like what the advert says, it is refillable.
AND will you look at those SOLID lines!  no brush tip can duplicate this easily.
Waterproof? Well, just a little.
But the lines it make, the lines! Very fine indeed, you can have shaky hands and this will still work out for you.
Just a tip guys, hehehe just use the TIP! ahihihi i meant that ;-) you can lay it on its side a bit to make a wider line.
LOVES:
  • it makes a solid line! the last two liners i've tried just didn't do it for me, they didn't make solid lines when i use their very tip.
  • no weird scent
  • didn't cause my eye or skin any irritation
  • REALLY  REALLY black
  • smudge proof
  • sorta smear proof
  • sets easily on my lids and on the back of my hand
  • doesn't feel like it crumpled my skin on my lids or the back of hand, you know that drying/dried up feeling when you wrote on your skin with pentel pen? that's the one, this liner doesn't do that
  • it took some getting used to, but i got to understand why the shape is ergonomic.  you wrap your pinky, ring, and middle finger on the grip and use your index to guide the tip to line your eyes
  • STAYS black all day
  • doesn't flake off even after it's been put under water
  • refillable!
  • handy to bring along but unlike the usual pen shape, this is easy to find in your kit.  [whereas usual pens, it sinks in your kit and what you're looking for is usually the LAST thing you dig out]
  • easily melts off with a decent lip and eye makeup remover (unlike my previous liner that flakes off when moistened)
DISLIKES:
  • the inner cap slides off TOO easily, because of its refillable nature
  • not as waterproof as it says it is, but at least it doesn't flake off like my last liner or the other last liner i reviewed
I highly recommend anyone to try this liner.  no need to be good in calligraphy to use this well and make a perfect line!  I'm not sure if this liner is here already, but you can check out the Clio/Peri Pera counters at the local department stores here in Metro Manila ;-)
